General Policy

Fasstraffic.com general policy is to act as the provider of Both auto surf And Manual Surf traffic exchange system.

Fasstraffic.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Members access to any or all services provided by Fasstraffic.com if Fasstraffic.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.

Fasstraffic.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal.

This includes pornographic, warez, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.

Also please note that absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders, PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups, Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Hop.Clickbank sites Are not allowed, blogspot.com sites Are not allowed, youtube sites Are not allowed,zamzuu sites Are not allowed, sites with hidden I-frames, Ad Trackers, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL than submitted (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service) Are not allowed.

No Medical Marijuana Sites or links to them. Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost! If users repeatedly acts against our Terms & Conditions, their accounts will be deleted.

FRAUD - If Fasstraffic.com even Has the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat Fasstraffic.com your account will be terminated immediately! Users are only allowed for one account.

Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.

If users don't activate new accounts within 7 days, their accounts will be deleted.

Free members are allowed to have 5 sites and Gold members Are Allowed 500 sites Members must have at least one valid site in rotation at all times with credits assigned.

Sites without credits and members without active sites will be deleted.

Accounts inactive for more than 90 days will be deleted from the system.

By signing up you agree to receive emails from the site's admin from time to time.

Should you no longer wish to receive messages, please use unsubscribe link on the bottom of every email message.

Payment Policies Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Members accounts according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement.

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis.

Fasstraffic.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Any payments made to upgrade your account, to buy site credits, to buy banner impressions, or any other service or product we provide are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any credits or services incorrectly used.

Cancellation All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Fasstraffic.com policies.

No refunds will be issued in this case.

Lawful Purpose Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their accounts immediately cancelled without refund of any fees.

This applies to paid and free accounts.

Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fasstraffic.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password.

Fasstraffic.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer Fasstraffic.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.

Fasstraffic.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet.

Fasstraffic.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Member understands that Fasstraffic.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service.

Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail.

Fasstraffic.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

Fasstraffic.com is NOT a MLM or a get-rich-quick program.

We don't require you to have your own website or sell or purchase anything to use our service.

We do not require you to refer anyone.

We are a traffic exchange where you visit other members websites and they visit your sites.

You won't get rich by using our service.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties.

Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.

SPAM POLICY

This document informs you about the Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”) established by Fasstraffic.com (the “Company”) for internet marketing. If we find that you have violated the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, your membership will be revoked and any active account will be closed.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals who have access to the company email account, including but not limited to users, members, customers, employees, and independent contractors.

Spam Filtering

The company’s messaging system will scan all incoming messages for spam. If you believe that your message was incorrectly marked as spam, please inform the message recipient so they can try other means of communication.

Zero Tolerance

The company strictly and uncompromisingly prohibits spamming. Mass emailing of unsolicited messages, or sending any unsolicited emails for marketing our products, services, or programs is strictly prohibited.

Advertisements

Advertisements that are posted in message boards or chat rooms, which is specifically prohibited by their terms and conditions, shall also be considered as spamming activity.

Posting topics or advertisements that are not relevant to the specific subject matter of a newsgroup, in flagrant violation of the newsgroup's terms and conditions, or if such newsgroup does not explicitly allow such postings, shall be considered as spamming activity for the purpose of this policy.

Examples of irrelevant topics may include, but are not limited to:

It is the responsibility of the poster to review and adhere to the specific rules and guidelines of each newsgroup before posting any advertisements or promotional content.

Reporting

If you have been spammed or have any suspicion of spamming, please contact us immediately by emailing support@fasstraffic.com so that we can investigate the situation.

Violation

If you are found to have violated the terms and conditions of this policy, we reserve the right to end your participation in our program, including terminating your account.

Policy Updates

The Company has the right to modify and/or change this Policy as necessary.

Information you provide - When you sign up for a Fasstraffic Account, we ask you for a few personal information (full name, email address, and desired password).

Emails from admin - Please acknowledge that you will receive weekly newsletters and important messages from time to time from us via email you provided.
